Progress of WP1
Management &
Coordination
P2 (AEPDE), organised successfully
the 3
rd
management meeting, at
Patras. The meeting gave the
opportunity to all partners to discuss
the progress of the project.
The project manager made clear that
no other delay will be accepted
regarding the initiation of crucial
activities like the installation of the
meteorological station network at the
plain of Arta, the upgrade of the
irrigation advice system for Apoulia
and the irrigation practice survey in
Epirus.
A time extension, which will concern
only the organisation of the
international symposium at Bari was
decided and soon the relevant request
will be sent to the JTS.

IRLA2014
The deadline for abstracts submission
has been extended up to July 25 after
numerous relevant requests.
IRLA2014 will be held at Patras /
Greece from 26 to 28 November 2014

Network building
All networking tools are operating at
the project's site (forum, stakeholders
database, repository etc) and we invite
you to actively participate. Find more

The special WP3 and WP4 partners
and irrigation, stakeholders meeting
was organised by P6 (ROEDM) at
Ioannina.
Progress of WP4 Survey
of irrigation practice
P2
(AEPDE)
published
the
procurement regarding the survey in
Western Greece.
P3 has already begun the survey in
Puglia and they expect to complete it
as scheduled.

Irrigation management
tools
The special WP5 project meeting was
organised by LP (TEIEP) at Arta. The
big number of participants revealed
the interest of the local society for the
outcomes of the project.
