Water supply measurements at the Arta plain GOLR system
IRMA, in cooperation to
and the General Organisation of Land Reclamation (GOLR) of Arta plain, carried out
water supply measurements at the GOLR system of Arta plain, for the irrigation
period 2016, in order to support the authorization of water use for irrigation.
For the measurements, equipment granted by the University of Thessaly was utilized.
The measurements started at the end of May and completed in mid-September.
During the procedure, several series of measurements were performed at the local
irrigation canals. An analytical report was handed to the DAEWM.
